Where is the masterplan site?

It is important that the masterplan addresses the real issues and opportunities in the Town Centre – for this we need your help. To help shape our masterplan we need to understand what features should be retained, and what the Town Centre needs to make it a better place.

The masterplan site covers the Town Centre and its surroundings, including:

the High Street

Furtherwick Road

the Knightswick Centre

Sainsbury’s

Furtherwick Park School

the Primary Care Trust and Paddocks community centre

Canvey Lake

While there is a boundary, we will assess how the Town Centre connects with the surrounding area
